The ASIC protein is shown as cyan cartoon with interacting residues shown as cyan sticks. AA is shown as orange sticks. Interactions for a 200 ns section of a simulation with a total length of 500 ns are shown. The movie illustrates approximately 0.1 ns/frame, played at a speed of ∼200 ns/min.
