Kupffer cell depletion prevents accumulation of ex vivo desialylated platelets. Time-lapse SD-IVM video of the liver of mice pretreated with clodronate liposomes to deplete Kupffer cells after i.v. injection of ex vivo desialylated platelets (CellTracker Green) and control platelets (CellTracker Red).
