Combining AMR deficiency with MGL blockade significantly reduced the amount of platelets accumulating on Kupffer cells after sialidase injection. Time-lapse SD-IVM video of the liver of Asgr1−/− mice treated with MGL1/2 blocking antibody and injected i.v. with 50 mU sialidase. Kupffer cells (blue) were stained using an anti-F4/80 antibody. Endogenous platelets (red) were labeled using an anti-CD49b antibody. Frame rate is 20 fps.
