T cell motility precedes T cell division in the lymph node. GFP+ OT-I CD8+ T cells were adoptively transferred and stimulation by an i.v. injection of OVAp. At 48 h, recipient mice were subjected to intravital imaging of the popliteal lymph node. A representative time-lapse video shows the various phases of T cell division in the lymph node.
