Intravital imaging of LysM-eGFP::p Il1b-DsRed mice at EAE onset. Representative video of an imaging session of the spinal cord at EAE onset (10 dpi), as displayed in Fig. 4 G. LysM-eGFP+ cells have massively infiltrated the spinal cord parenchyma (i.e., outside of blood vessels stained in blue) and express high levels of IL-1β (DsRed; yellow colocalization). Blood vessels were labeled with a solution of 10% Qdot 705 injected i.v. before imaging. Time is displayed as hours:minutes:seconds:hundredths of a second.
