Video 4.

PKA activity in neutrophils derived from a PKAchu mouse and transplanted into a wild-type mouse. This video shows time-lapse FRET/CFP and CFP/Qtracker 655 images of the lamina propria of the inflamed intestinal mucosa in a C57BL/6 mouse, which received bone marrow from a PKAchu mouse. The mouse was pretreated with 1 µg/ml LPS and 100 nM fMLP 2 h before imaging. Qtracker 655 was injected intravenously to visualize the endothelial cells before the observation. Circled neutrophils in the bottom video show the extravasation. Gamma, 1.44. Video is representative of three mice analyzed independently. Time shown in minutes:seconds.
