MTOC polarization toward the immune synapse remains stable after DC displacement. The MTOC of the DC remains polarized toward the region of contact with the T cell during displacement (the green line indicates the trajectory of the DC–T cell conjugate to be followed in this video). Images were analyzed by time-lapse confocal microscopy using a Zeiss LSM510 META Axiovert 200M reverse microscope at 37°C in a 5% CO2 atmosphere. Frames were taken every 30 s for 40 min. Cell tracking was done with the ImageJ software
