Two-photon microscopy of intestinal lymphatics 5 h after oral administration of 10 µg R848 to CD11c-EYFP mice. TRITC-labeled dextran (red) was injected i.v. 30 min before analysis. The second harmonic signal of the vessel wall is displayed in blue and CD11c/YFP+ cells in green/yellow. Grid size, 50 µm. The projection shown in Fig. 4 B (bottom left) was generated from this volume. Numerous CD11c/YFP+ cells are readily observed in the vessel lumen.
