Freshly isolated Ptger4−/− splenic B cells were cotreated with 20 µg/ml F(ab’)2 anti-IgM and 10 nM PGE2 in culture. Phase-contrast images were taken at 30-min intervals for 60 h and compiled using ImageJ software (http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/) to create a video.
