Videomicroscopy of p75 in JTIM cells. JTIM cells were transiently transfected with p75-GFP and subjected to time-lapse videomicroscopy 24 h later for 6 min. Cells were imaged every 15 s. Arrowheads indicate vesicles transporting p75 to the plasma membrane. The video is displayed at three frames/second and corresponds to a single confocal section. Different sections were imaged at each time point to assure identification of the same vesicles. This video is related to Fig 6 B.
