The same raw data as for Video 4 was processed. Only the images collected in the z dimension over a distance of 15 µm were included because this region contained large numbers of NK and T cells. The projected images of NK (green) and T cells (red) on the z axis are shown in the bottom part of the images. Length of the video is 34 min and 20 s.
