Ecdysone pathway modulates the engulfment of NC nucleus. Contrary to the control, time-lapse imaging of stretched follicle cells (in green) overexpressing EcRB1DN cannot engulf the large NC nuclei (in cyan). The frames were captured every 5 min using a 40X objective lens in a spinning disk confocal microscope. The speed of the movie is 15 FPS.
