Ca2+ waves in adherent mouse neutrophils. Time-lapse TIRF recording of a neutrophil purified from bone marrow of a Cebpacre/+;Salsa6fLSL mouse. Cells were plated on PLL and observed at 100× magnification. The green fluorescence of GCamP6f increases in intensity during Ca2+ elevations. Frames collected at 300 ms intervals displayed at 30.5 frames/second. Related to Fig. S1 D.
