Nine selected time points are shown from a 4 h acquisition composed of 4-µm-wide Z-stacks (five steps spaced by 1 µm) acquired every 5 min using a confocal spinning disk microscope. The volume of the cytoplast is projected onto a single plane for all the time points. Images are processed following the described pipeline in the dedicated Materials and methods section. Playback speed: 3 frames per second.
