Live imaging of the neuroepithelium of the TgT2[UbC:Lifeact-EGFP] quail embryo at HH8–HH9. Z-stack images were taken at 63× every 5.5 min. Computationally segmented cells (purple) are forming a multicellular rosette. Playback speed = 3 frames per second.
