Effect of Rac2E62K on macrophage motility in the TME. Larvae expressing mpeg1:mCherry-2A-rac2WT or mpeg1:mCherry-2A-rac2E62K were injected with ZMel1 cells at 2 dpf and time-lapse imaging was performed at 48 hpi. Images were acquired every 3 min for 2 h. Macrophages that interact with the tumor mass were tracked and color-coded by instantaneous speed of macrophages. Videos were generated on Imaris 10.0 and processed on premier pro. Rac2WT (n = 5 larvae), Rac2E62K (n = 7 larvae) from three independent replicates. Frame rate: 5 fps. Scale bar = 10 µm.
