GPI-GFP is more likely to be localized between actin rings in progenitor-derived neuronal cells. GPI-GFP was tracked (5,000 frames, 200 Hz frame rate) in progenitor-derived neuronal cells. Cells were subsequently fixed and stained for actin using phalloidin.
