The green arrowhead points to a dynein molecule that became visible (a binding event), started moving toward the minus end of MT, and disappeared (an unbinding event). Similarly, the magenta arrowhead points to a dynein molecule that bound and moved to the MT plus ends and the white arrowhead points to a stationary dynein molecule. “N” marks the position/direction of the nucleus.
