TfR-SpH shows constitutive exocytosis in HEK293 cells. Time-lapse video of a HEK293 cell transiently expressing TfR-SpH recorded at baseline using TIR-FM at 0.02 s per frame for 30 s. Multiple puffs of prototypical characteristics can be observed. Video is displayed at 50 frames per second.
