TIRF live-cell imaging of a HeLa cell stably expressing LAMP1Δ-RUSH and transfected with EXOC1-HALO (24 h). Video shows LAMP1Δ-RUSH carriers (green) co-localizing with EXOC1-HALO (magenta) near their fusion site. Cells were imaged 40 min after biotin addition (500 μM), every 50 ms for 3.15 min.
