Time-lapse video showing that mCherry-CFS1 (magenta) moves together with GFP-ATG8A (green) in Arabidopsis root epidermal cells. 5-d-old Arabidopsis seedlings co-expressing pUBQ::GFP-ATG8A and pUBQ::mCherry-CFS1 were incubated in 150 mM NaCl-containing 1/2 MS media for 1 h for autophagy induction before imaging.
