Related to Fig. 8 A. RNA was recruited into NPM1/DCAF13 droplets. 10 μM HEX-labeled polyU RNA oligo was added from the edge of the NPM1/DCAF13 mixture. Droplets formed with 40 µM DCAF13-Sof and 10 µM NPM1. DCAF13-Sof was labeled with Alexa Fluor 405 and NPM1 with Alexa Fluor 488. Images were collected at 20 s/frame.
