EwS cells form rosette-like structures in hindbrain. TC32 and TC71 cells expressing F-Tractin-GFP (gray, green) or F-Tractin-mRuby2 (red), in zebrafish larval HBV (3 dpf). In both EwS cell lines, 3D rotation of image z-stack shows pseudorosette-like polarization of cells, with cellular protrusions pointing towards a center of a sphere and cell bodies organized outwards. Running through the z-dimension of the optical slices illustrates how rosettes form within a subset of the clusters, rather than encompass its entirety. Renderings were created at 7 frames per second.
