RNAP2 Ser2ph-mintbody and H2B-Halo during telophase to G₁ phase. Single confocal sections of HeLa cells that stably expressed RNAP2 Ser2ph-mintbody (green) and H2B-Halo (magenta) were acquired every 1 min. RNAP2 Ser2ph-mintbody was excluded from condensed chromosomes during the telophase but became concentrated in small foci as the nucleus was formed. The number of foci increased as the G₁ phase progressed. Video shows 4 frames/s.
