Fate of 3xFLAG-mNG-Pex15Δ30 in the absence of Doa10, but in the presence of Msp1. Expression of 3xFLAG-mNG-Pex15Δ30 (green) in doa10Δ cells was induced by addition of cyanamide without expression of Msp1. After shutoff of 3xFLAG-mNG-Pex15Δ30 expression, the Msp1 expression was induced by addition of β-estradiol and time-lapse imaging was recorded every minute. Single-plane image is shown.
