Fate of 3xFLAG-mNG-Pex15Δ30 in the absence of Doa10 and Msp1. Expression of 3xFLAG-mNG-Pex15Δ30 (green) in doa10Δ cells was induced by addition of cyanamide without expression of Msp1.
