Live imaging of chromosomes (mCherry-MBD-NLS) following treatment with DMSO or LatB during the fertilization process. Since the images were taken using different microscopes in DMSO or LatB-treated eggs, the intensities of chromosomes cannot be compared in these eggs. Time is relative to anaphase onset. The frame rate is 3 min per frame.
