Live imaging of Juno structures with a fluorescent-labeled Juno primary antibody in DMSO- or LatB-treated eggs. Since the images were taken using different microscopes in DMSO- or LatB-treated eggs, the intensities of Juno structures cannot be compared in these eggs. Time is relative to the addition of DMSO or LatB. The frame rate is 3 min per frame.
