Live imaging of chromosomes (mCherry-MBD-NLS) and sperm tail (Su9-DsRed2) during the fertilization process. Two sperm bind and fuse with an egg. The sperm which bind in the FA region move away from maternal chromosomes. The frame rate is 3 min per frame.
