HSPC polarization in contact with an osteoblast. Video shows the rotation of a 3D reconstruction of a Z stack. It shows a single HSPC on top of an osteoblast in a microwell. Microtubules are shown in green, actin filaments in red, and centrosomes in white. In the HSPC, note the position of the centrosome at the tip of the protrusion forming the contact with the osteoblast. The microwell diameter, and thus the width of the osteoblast, is 50 µm.
