Similarly, a GFP-tagged version of the B-type phosphomutant KLP-7S546E S555E was also imaged. The movements are indicated by green arrows. Videos were captured using a spinning disk confocal microscope at a speed of 2.64 frames per second and played at 15 frames per second.
