Time-lapse TIRFM imaging of stable ARPE/HPV cells expressing eGFP-CLC. Cells were infected with TDD and tTA-encoding adenoviruses but incubated in the absence of Tet to induce TDD expression. Images were obtained at 1 frame/s and collected for 7.5 min. Video is accelerated 50-fold.
