In complex environments, MT depolymerization causes loss of coherence. DCs, either untreated (control) or treated with the indicated compounds (nocodazole or double treatment with Y27632 and nocodazole) were recorded in 60-s intervals while migrating within a path choice assay toward a soluble CCL19 gradient. Note that under all conditions, cells insert multiple protrusions into different channels when reaching the junction point (black arrowheads).
