Spinning disk confocal video shows mitotic entry of parental RPE cyclin B1-Venus+/−:Ruby-MAD2+/−; RFP670-MIS12+/+ cells. Cyclin B1-Venus (far left panel), Ruby-MAD2 (left panel, green), RFP670-MIS12 (right panel, red), and merged channels for MAD2 and MIS12 (far right panel). Cells treated with reversine (166 nM) just before imaging. Note that reversine reduces the loading of cyclin B1 onto kinetochores in the parental cells. Frame rate, one image every 2 min.
