Fusion of ERES and ERAS visualized with alternative markers. The procedure was as in Video 2, except that the P. pastoris cells expressed Sec13-GFP (ERES) and Dsl3-mCherry (ERAS). Frames from this video are shown in Fig. S4 C, and the frame rate is 5 frames per second.
