Fusion of ERES and ERAS. P. pastoris cells expressing Tip20-GFP (ERAS) and Sec13-DsRed (ERES) were imaged by 4D confocal microscopy. The fluorescence data for each time point were projected and merged with a transmitted light image of the cells. Time is indicated in minute:second format, and the frame rate is 5 frames per second. Frames from this video are shown in Fig. 3 C.
