MDA-MB-231 cells cotransfected with GFP–MT1-MMP and mCherry–MT2-MMP were fixed with PFA 12 h after transfection. Images were acquired by SIM. Z slices were set for 0.2 µm. The video represents 3D reconstruction along the x-y and x-z plane (Fig. 6 F).
