Fir1 and Cbk1 localize to a ring and then a disc-like structure at the site of septation. Related to Fig. 7 E. Fir1-GFP and Cbk1-mCherry were imaged in synchronized cells in three minute intervals. The yz projection from cells in Video 2 is shown. Time 0 was an arbitrary time after mitotic release and was not related to when the cells were released from mitosis.
