Live imaging by conventional microscopy using a 1.40 NA objective of a cell expressing mNG::IFT81 (green) and TdT::DHC2.1 (magenta). The two proteins colocalize on moving and standing trains (see kymograph analysis in Fig. 6 C). Video is shot in real time.
