Live imaging by SIM of a cell expressing GFP::IFT52 showing the existence of two tracks for IFT trafficking. Time series were acquired for a total of 14 s. Although the spatial resolution allows the distinction of two tracks, the time resolution is not sufficient to discriminate individual IFT trains on them. Video is shot in real time.
