Video 2.

Partial cohesin loss impairs mitotic fidelity. Chromosomes of a strain D embryo injected with TEV protease at the time of mitotic entry. Although most nuclei divide normally, mitotic errors are often observed during mitotic exit. Video was obtained using widefield fluorescence microscopy with images acquired every 30 s (video shows three frames per second).
