The comigration of KIF1Bβ and IGF1Rβ; related to Fig. 2. The dual-color time-lapse video of a dissociated hippocampal neuron culture at DIV7 transfected with KIF1Bβ-EGFP and SP-IGF1Rβ-TagRFP using spinning-disk confocal microscopy with a 100×/1.46 Plan Apochromat objective lens. The data were taken in exposure time of 500 ms sequentially for each channel and saved as a video at 10 frames per second. The video is shown in single channels and a merged channel and corresponds with 40 s in total. Arrows indicate a typical comigrating vesicle. Bar, 5 µm.
