A cla4Δ cell buds multiple times before undergoing anaphase (monitored by GFP-Tub1) during RTG. TIFF time-lapse images (see Materials and methods for image acquisition details) were converted to AVI format using ImageJ with a compilation of 4.5 frames/second. The AVI file was then converted to MP4 format using the Video Converter Any Format application in Cidade Apps.
