Pseudopod formation in chemotaxing GFP-WASP/ wasA and wasA− cells. Cells were imaged by DIC microscopy (Eclipse TE2000-E) while chemotaxing under agarose toward folate. Frames were acquired every 2 s, and the frame rate is 10 frames/s.
