Time-lapse 3D images of LD accumulation in NAG-deficient cells. NAG-deficient 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were starved for 16 h and then treated with 200 µM OA (containing 1:1,000 Bodipy 493/503). Time-lapse images were taken at 30-min intervals for 8 h. Z-stack images were obtained with a 0.3-µm optical section at each time point. Bar, 10 µm.
