Live-cell imaging of SEC31A-YFP and PC1-CFP vesicles. KI6 cells were transfected with YFP-tagged SEC31A (magenta) and CFP-tagged PC1 (green) and induced for KLHL12 expression for 7.5 h. The cells were imaged live on a laser scanning confocal microscope. The playback rate is 6 frames/s. Bar, 5 µm.
