Large COPII vesicles are separated from the ER. KI6 cells were transfected with YFP-tagged SEC31A (red) and CFP tagged ER marker (green) and induced for KLHL12 expression for 7.5 h. The cells were imaged live on a laser scanning confocal microscope. The playback rate is 10 frames/s. Bar, 5 µm.
