Live-cell imaging of SEC31A-YFP vesicles in the presence of 5 µM nocodazole. KI6 cells were transfected with YFP-tagged SEC31A and induced for KLHL12 expression for 7.5 h and treated with nocodazole for 30 min. The cells were imaged live on a laser scanning confocal microscope. The playback rate is 6 frames/s. Bar, 5 µm.
