Movement of the intravacuolar population of the Vph1-EGFP signal. The WT strain expressing Vph1-EGFP was cultured in YEPD medium at 28°C for 18 h and subjected to time-lapse microscopy at 2-s intervals. The acquired images were reconstituted to the movie file at 12× speed.
