Rab7 and Arl8b remain highly colocalized on the clustered and enlarged endolysosomes upon expression of PLEKHM1. Live-cell imaging was performed on HeLa cells coexpressing GFP-Rab7, Arl8b-tomato, and FLAG-PLEKHM1 (WT; unstained) with every image captured at an interval of 2.64 s (total number of frames captured = 150).
